Refund policy

 

• All returns must be made within 30 days.  Products must be unworn and with all original packaging.
• Exchanges will be made free of charge.  Please contact us, and we will issue you a return slip and prepaid shipping label.  Please allow us 2-3 days to process the exchange.
• Returns will charged a restocking fee of $20.  Please contact us, and we will issue you a return slip and prepaid shipping label.
• If you are not sure about which size to order and would like to try on two sizes of the same shoe, we will override the restocking fee for the pair that you return.
